El presente trabajo de investigación mejorara el control de las enfermedades respiratorias crónicas en los mineros a través de la investigación del Centro Integral de Medicina Familiar CIMFA Agua de Castilla consultorio ITOS donde de acuerdo a las estadísticas que 356 pacientes mineros que al 100% no tiene uncontrol metodológico de control eficiente.
Se realizó una investigación de tipo mixta cuali-cuantitativa. Se identificó y analizó las diversas complicaciones en esta enfermedad mediante estadísticas en relación con los pacientes silicóticos, que pueden llevar complicaciones en la enfermedad. La técnica de recolección de datos que se utilizó en la presente investigación, fue de manera aleatoria simple mediante los catastros realizados por el personal de salud.
Se llego a las conclusiones que en la Cooperativa Nueva San José los mineros son más propensos a desarrollar silicosis a partir de los 41 hasta los 50 años. Y según los datos obtenidos que las enfermedades como la obesidad, sobrepeso e hipertrigliceridemia son factores que aumentan el riesgo de contraer silicosis.
También se detectó que el 32% que representa a 35 trabajadores mineros con silicosis del total de la muestra son 110.
